GARRETT ROSS has been in real estate since 2017. His previous experience included marketing for new home sales with Landeavor – a developer specializing in master-planned communities. Garrett is a native of the Charlotte area with a lot of knowledge about the surrounding cities, towns and counties that may be of interest to those moving to NC from out of state. His business experience has cultivated multiple connections in the real estate industry from commercial and land to builders – both production and custom. ANDI RAYMOND has over 32 years of Professional Sales, Strategic Negotiations and Customer Service experience with FedEx. Her past experience shaped her business philosophy…People, Service then Profit. A graduate of Wingate University, she has been in the Charlotte Metro area for over 30 years and has witnessed first-hand the area’s evolution from a sleepy little southern city into the vibrant financial mecca it is today. She has served multiple terms on her HOA Board and is an Advocate for the Elderly and Special Needs Community in Union and Anson County. Her personal goal is to make every Client a “Client for Life” by providing exceptional service, attention to detail and exceeding your expectations.
